Our Services

  • Embodiment is the practice of fully inhabiting your body—awakening your senses, tuning into physical sensations, and reclaiming pleasure as your birthright. At PleasureFWRD, embodiment means moving beyond intellectualizing and into feeling, allowing your body to guide you toward deeper intimacy, connection, and authentic desire. Through mindful touch, breath, and movement, you create a dialogue with your nervous system, rewiring old patterns and stepping into a more present, sensual, and empowered version of yourself.

  • Nervous system regulation is the process of creating safety within your body so you can shift from survival mode into ease, connection, and pleasure. Your nervous system constantly scans for safety or threat, influencing how you respond to stress, relationships, and intimacy. By working with your body—through breathwork, grounding techniques, and co-regulation—you can soothe dysregulation, expand your capacity for sensation, and cultivate a state where pleasure and connection become more accessible. Regulation isn’t about eliminating stress; it’s about teaching your body how to navigate it with resilience and presence.

  • Intimacy Coach Mayra, will meet you exactly where you are in your journey and will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My sessions are designed to help you learn tools to regulate your nervous system, communicate effectively and cultivate deeper intimacy and emotional connection.

  • During our time together, you will explore various practices such as:

    - Finding safety in your body

    -Finding neutral

    - Reclaiming your body

-Learn to listen and communicate empathetically

    - Attuning to yourself and others

    - Boundary mapping

-Offload any emotional weight you may carry.

  • Together, we will create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that the process of transformative change feels just right for you.

  • A somatic session with me is an embodied experience where we shift from simply talking about things to actually feeling and sensing what’s happening in our body. It’s not therapy in the traditional sense—it’s an exploration of your sensations, emotions, desires, and boundaries, all through the lens of your lived experience.

Here’s what a session with me might look like:

    1. Setting the Container: Safety, Consent & Intention

We begin by co-creating a space rooted in trust, consent, and curiosity. We’ll discuss your intentions—whether you’re exploring low libido, emotional disconnection, boundary challenges, or wanting to deepen intimacy with yourself or others. Your boundaries are always honored, and you’re in control of the pace and depth of our work.

    2. Dropping Into the Body: Embodiment Practices

Before we explore anything related to sexuality or relationships, we ground into the body. This might include:

Breathwork to awaken sensation and presence.

Body Scans to notice areas of tension, numbness, or aliveness.

Mindful Movement to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.

This helps you shift from the analytical mind into embodied awareness, where real transformation happens.

    3. Somatic Exploration: Where Sexuality Meets the Body

This is where the session becomes uniquely yours. Depending on your desires and needs, we might explore:

Pleasure Mapping: Discovering where and how your body feels pleasure—not just sexually, but through simple sensations like warmth, texture, or movement.

The Wheel of Consent (Feel-Want, Respond, Do): Practicing how to ask for what you want, honor your “no,” and notice the difference between giving and receiving.

Boundaries & Communication: Embodied exercises that help you feel the difference between authentic “yes” and “no,” which can profoundly shift how you relate to others.

Relational Dynamics: Exploring attachment patterns, emotional expression, and how to stay connected to yourself even in the intensity of relationships.

    4. Relational Somatic Exploration

This is where the work gets personal. Depending on your needs, we might explore:

Attachment in the Body: Not just talking about attachment styles but feeling how you respond to connection, disconnection, and emotional triggers.

Boundaries & Consent: Practicing embodied exercises (inspired by the Wheel of Consent) to feel what a true “yes” and “no” are in your body—not just intellectually, but viscerally.

Nervous System Regulation: Learning to recognize and regulate your body’s responses in moments of relational stress or overwhelm.

Communication Practices: Using breath, posture, and embodied awareness to stay connected while expressing difficult emotions or needs.

Relational Dynamics: Exploring power, vulnerability, and intimacy through body-based exercises—whether you’re solo or with a partner in the session.

    5. Integration: Making It Real

After exploring, we transition back to reflection and grounding. We’ll talk about what you experienced, what sensations or emotions surfaced, and how to integrate these insights into your daily life—whether that’s solo practices, relational tools, or shifts in how you connect with pleasure.

    The Invitation

Think of it as an exploration—a place where you get to meet yourself with curiosity, playfulness, and compassion. A space where your desires, boundaries, and authentic self are not just welcomed, but celebrated.

    What’s unique?

It’s not about performance or “fixing” anything. You’re not broken. This is a space where you get to be unapologetically curious, tender, wild, messy, or soft. You lead with your desires, and I’m here to guide, witness, and support you as you (re)claim your connection to pleasure, intimacy, and self-trust.
